No listing is indexed by Google, and no address or price leaves the network. Every collaboration request is arbitrated by the network administrator.
What stays strictly regulated
A written mandate remains mandatory, any advertising — even restricted — complies with the loi Hoguet, and the required disclosures (fees, energy performance and so on) are expected before a property is presented to a buyer. The platform provides the templates and support you need.
